SOUTH COAST RESCUE
South Coast Rescue is an organisation run by Chris and Carol as a non profit making venture to assist in the rehoming of dogs whenever necessary.

For some reason or another people cannot always keep their beloved dogs and ask us to rehome them. Likewise we put people who would like to rescue a dog in touch with these owners where we think there would be a good match.

Unfortunately due to space and time we do not keep animals on the premises and prefer that people visit them in their homes before agreeing to take them. That way they can get a feel for the dog in a home / family environment instead of looking at a sorry face that has been stuck in a kennel.

If you feel that for some reason or another you need to rehome your dog or would like a dog, please do not hesitate to contact us. Click on the picture of OZ, our late dog, below to CONTACT us.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO DEAL WITH DOGS IN THE HAMPSHIRE AREA UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO LOOK AT ANY DOG THAT MAY BE SUITABLE. HOWEVER WE ARE IN TOUCH WITH OTHER DOG RESCUES AND MAY REFER YOU TO THEM.

CLICK ON THE dogs for rehoming LINK TO SEE WHAT DOGS WE CURRENTLY HAVE THAT ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD HOMES.

Donations to the rescue are always welcomed by people who find a dog through our rescue service, but quite often they either forget or want a dog for free. Whilst we do not insist on a donation when rehoming a dog like some rescues, we rely purely on people's generosity

If you would like to make a donation please click the above link.

We also have a large number of people on our books that are looking for dogs.

If for any reason you feel you can no longer keep your dog and would like it rehomed, please contact us and we will try to put you in touch with a suitable new owner. It would be appreciated if you could give as much information as possible about the dog to assist in its speedy rehoming.

Above is a photo of our late dog called OZ. I can assure you this has nothing to do with me being called Fos, but when we rescued him he was living in a place called Australia Close and his previous owner named him.

Sadly he is no longer with us due to an unfortunate illness.

The video alongside is Scooby our GSD who we rescued in August 2007.
